We are looking for a VOIP administrator on permanent contract.

Your missions, responsibilities, required profile :

• Strong knowledge in advanced administration of GNU/Linux servers (Debian type)
• Good knowledge of telephony protocols and technologies (SIP, SS7, RTP, Codecs, etc.)
• Good knowledge of open source ToIP systems (Asterisk, OpenSIPS, etc.)
• Knowledge of ethernet networks (IPv4/IPv6, static and dynamic routing, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL database administration (mysql and PostgreSQL)
• You are comfortable with scripting (Bash, Ruby, Python preferred but we are not sectarian)
• Fluency in technical English
• Great ability to adapt to a new technical environment
• Rigor, autonomy and organizational skills
• Curiosity, taste for innovation, strength of proposal

Following the opening of new offices in Saint Pierre des Corps, Middeo is looking for a Systems and Networks Technician (M/F) in order to progressively build the support team on site.

This new team will be closely linked with the team located in the Paris area.

You will work on environments in perpetual evolution mixing Windows, Linux, AIX systems, as well as telecommunication operator technologies (internet and telephony).

Your missions will consist of assisting users (incident and problem management) and managing requests such as :

User management, rights and group policies

Management of email accounts (exchange, zimbra)

Anti-spam server management

Backup management

Network and firewall management

Antivirus management

Management of computer park (troubleshooting, installation, configuration and update server, computer and printer).

Some travel will be expected.

Additional knowledge on the following topics would be a plus: Citrix and virtualization (VMWARE).

In a diverse context and integrating a large number of databases, you will have to bring your expertise in order to stabilize the park.

Your missions will be the following :

Administration and installation of databases;

Maintenance, base analysis and tuning ;

Backup management ;

Execution of the administration scripts ;

Base supervision;

Level 2 technical support ;

Writing of documentation (technical and operational) and procedures.

Technical skills Oracle, SQL, Data Guard, RMAN, RAC

Experience required 3 years minimum.

Qualifications required:

A great rigor in the management of the bases, the follow-up of the exploitation and the backups is required.

You are autonomous and have a real sense of organization and priority management.

You bring your technical and organizational footprint in a rich environment, in order to gain the trust and satisfaction of the customer.
